Firm and deep, astringent bouquet of predominantly dark berries and cherries with undergrowth notes, a little dried mushrooms, a hint of tobacco and earthy-mineral tones. Cool, firm and quite polished, tart and juicy fruit with animating bite and quite present, yet very fine tannins, dense, complex and persistent on the palate, herbal and mineral, fine spice, earthy and undergrowth nuances, elegant style, still young, delicate ethereal notes, very good, firm finish with animating tart juice, minerality, fine spice and bite. Great Barbera, grows over days
