Firm and quite deep, somewhat herbal and floral aroma of partly candied yellow fruits with hints of yellow-spicy nuances. Concentrated, polished, sweet fruit with nutty aromas, some honey and rock candy, very fine acidity, a hint of butter caramel in the background, again a little yellow spice, plus a hint of beeswax, salty in the background, firm structure, some depth, very good, sweet, finely spicy finish with polish.
