Firm and quite deep, tart, fine-vegetable to herbal, also delicately smoky aroma with white and yellow fruit aromas and a little elderflower. Tart, bright, again firmly knitted fruit, nutty and smoky aromas, fine acidity and a lot of grip of crumbly tannin, lasting, clear minerality, certain depth, still yeasty hints, certain power and warmth, almondy-nutty tones in the background, very good, tart finish.

Best to drink: Mitte 2022 bis 2027+. What our ratings mean
