Translate to English Deutlich vegetabile, aber auch etwas krautige und eine Spur animalische Nase mit gelbfruchtigen Noten. Deutlich vegetabil auch im Mund, etwas heuartig und eine Spur krautig, lebendige Säure,hefige Spuren, nicht allzu tief, etwas Schmelz am Gaumen, mineralische Spuren, insgesamt vielleicht schon ein wenig über den Punkte, ordentlicher Abgang.
