Clear, youthful, slightly herbaceous-vegetable and nutty nose with quite fine, rather restrained yellow-fruity aromas. Finely juicy, cool, polished fruit, fine yeasty, herbaceous, nutty and hints of bacon notes, very fine, quite lively acidity, moderate mellowness, good persistence, almost a little smoky spice, good to very good finish. Animating.
