Saftig und dicht im Mund, sehr komplex, vegetabile, salzige und tabakige Noten, angetrockneter, reifer Apfel, florale Anklänge, lebendige Säure, gute Nachhaltigkeit, viel mürber Gerbstoff, hat Griff, Substanz und Tiefe, pfeffrige und kräuterige Aromen, eine Spur Pilze, spannend und ruhend zugleich, noch jung, sehr guter Abgang mit feiner Würze.
