Herbal, somewhat tobacco-like, nutty and predominantly dark berry aroma with a hint of sour cherries as well as nuances reminiscent of wild herbs and meat juice. Straightforward fruit with noticeable acidity, some nutty and chocolaty wood aromas, as well as hints of mint, fine sandy tannins, some sustainability, salty minerality, good to very good finish.
