Herb, somewhat coffee-like and nutty aroma of predominantly black and a little blue berries with a hint of wild herbs, roasting broth, and bacon. Refined, herb-juicy fruit with slightly ashy and spicy wood notes, also a bit of cocoa, tender, still youthful tannin, good sustainability, with herbal spice and a bit of beef in the background, smoky tones, citrus zest, and salt, good to very good finish with slightly rough notes.
