2023 Venezia Giulia IGT Sauvignon Blanc, Friuli/Venezia-Giulia, Italy

Somewhat planty to herbaceous, nutty and hints of bacon pomaceous fruit aroma with delicate floral aromas and a hint of gooseberries. Clear, tart, juicy fruit with a slightly sweetish melt, lively acidity, has some grip and persistence, tobacco and nuts in the background, salty and chalky minerality, very good finish with bite.

Best to drink: Mitte 2024 bis 2025+. What our ratings mean
