Cool, somewhat vegetal to herbal, almondy and hints of bacon pome fruit with a hint of melon. Youthful fruit with herbal-vegetable aromas, hints of wax and yeast, moderate acidity, slightly muesli and sage-like notes, chalky tones, good finish.
