Relatively cool, slightly vegetable, somewhat herbal and hints of bacon aroma of bright yellow fruits with a hint of porcini mushrooms. Straightforward, slightly warm fruit with a delicately sweet melt, lively acidity, citrus zest and redcurrant leaves in the background, chalky notes, good, tart, slightly nutty finish with some alcohol warmth.
