Nutty citrus and pomaceous fruit on the nose, light citrus zest, hint of celery and hint of herbs. Firm, tart fruit, clearly nutty and slightly buttery flavours, light nutty tones, a hint of butter, chalky and hints of salty notes, a hint of dark berries, healthy acid bite, persistent, restrained power, very good, tart finish.
