Clear, quite polished, almost cool bouquet of mixed berries and cherries with very light peppery and nutty tones. Ripe, clear, juicy fruit, very delicate smoky notes and a hint of coffee beans, delicate bite, fine, crumbly tannins, good persistence, a hint of dark chocolate, peppery hints, also a little salt, very good, quite firm, tangy and spicy finish.
