2020 Etna DOC "Bianco di Sei", Sicily, Italy

Fresh, planty to herbaceous, a hint smoky and quite clearly mineral aroma with citrus and pome fruit aromas as well as floral traces. Taut, tart, bright fruit with herbal and slightly yeasty tones, present acidity, some grip, persistent on the palate, smoky traces, again clear, somewhat chalky minerality, very good, tangy finish with lots of acid bite.
