Clearly mushroomy as well as somewhat smoky and nutty aroma with restrained yellow and red fruit aromas, a little dried tomato, tobacco and pepper. Tart fruit, slightly smoky and nutty, fine acidity, somewhat muted and slightly drying on the palate, some persistence, yeasty tones, quite clearly protein, good, tart finish.
