2020 Chianti DOCG, Tuscany, Italy

Tart, slightly dried-vegetable to herbal nose of predominantly black berries with a hint of black olives. Dark, again tart fruit with smoky and slightly bacony wood notes, dried oregano, a hint of tobacco and pepper, quite lively acidity, fine sandy tannin, has power, good persistence, good to very good, tart finish with bite.
