Slightly bacony, somewhat nutty and vegetal to herbaceous nose with notes of pomaceous and stone fruit, fresh mushrooms and a hint of figs and hint of hibiscus. Clear, ripe fruit with light red berry flavours, a hint of bread spices and citrus zest, fine acidity, has some grip, certain persistence, salty and chalky tones, Mediterranean type with restrained power, very good, quite firm, slightly smoky finish.
