Translate to English Ein wenig an Rosenkohl erinnernde, auch leicht pfeffrige, zedrig-holzige und ein wenig animalische Nase nach teils eingemachten gemischten Beeren, Oliven, Sojasauce und etwas Kirschen mit erdigen, nussigen und ledrigen Tönen. Herbe, dunkle Frucht im Mund, wieder leicht kohlartig-vegetabil, deutlich nussige und auch kakaowürzige Holzaromatik, Salz, Kräuter und etwas Sellerie am Gaumen, pfeffrige Nuancen, wieder auch ein wenig animalisch, gute Substanz und Nachhaltigkeit, ein Hauch Orangenzesten und Granatapfel im Hintergrund, recht feines, dabei jugendlich wirkendes Tannin, ein wenig Rauch, mineralische Anklänge, sehr guter Abgang.
