Translate to English Nussiger und leicht holzwürziger Duft Nach teils eingemachten dunklen Beeren, Kirschen und Zwetschgen mit kandiert-kräuterigen und zart gewürzigen Nuancen. Kräftig und fest im Mund, deutlich holzwürzig, etwas nussig, vegetabil und noch ein wenig laktisch und reduktiv wirkend, präsentes, recht feines Tannin, nachhaltig, dicht, mit etwas Alkoholwärme, aber auch zartem Säurebiss, gewisse Tiefe, sehr guter Abgang mit kakaowürzigen Holznoten. Muss zwingend reifen.
