Firm, relatively cool, tart, delicately smoky aroma of black berries and cherries with dried planty to herbal aromas, a little red pepper, pepper and restrained woody nuances. Ripe, firm, juicy fruit with nutty and smoky-woody aromas, a little tobacco and pepper, quite taut tannin, persistent on the palate, medium power, hints of red pepper in the background, also fleshy traces and herbs from Provence, some depth, still young, will become juicier and fresher with air, very good, firm, tart-juicy finish with tangy spice and bite.
