2018 Saint-Émilion Grand Cru AOC Château La Croizille, Bordeaux, France

Firm, still undeveloped, somewhat warm aroma of ripe black berries with smoky and tobacco wood spice, dried tomatoes, black olives and earthy tones. Ripe, warm, tart, juicy fruit with tobacco, smoky and slightly sooty notes, youthful, somewhat sandy tannins, lots of power and noticeable alcoholic warmth, cedary notes, good persistence, still undeveloped, a hint of bread bark in the background, a little ethereal spice, very good, warm, slightly softening finish with chocolate-roasted and ethereal notes.
