Cool, somewhat herbal and delicately yeasty nose with very bright yellow fruity and hints of floral notes. Herbal, nutty and yeasty tones in the mouth, not quite dry fruit, medium-fine perlage and delicate grip, good persistence, some spiciness, good to very good, again nutty, sweetish-harsh finish with smoky traces.
