2017 Costa Toscana IGT Cabernet Franc, Tuscany, Italy

Firm, rather tart aroma of ripe black and a little red berries, red pepper, dried herbs, some meat and bacony nuances. Warm, ripe, partly preserved fruit, spicy notes, cocoa and a little coffee, slightly smoky, crumbly tannin, ethereal traces, sweet melting and warming alcohol, good persistence, quite juicy, somewhat smooth, alcoholic finish with aromas reminiscent of nut liqueur
