Firm, slightly warm and quite deep, moderately toasted aroma of ripe black berries and cherries with smoky-bacon aromas, dried Provence herbs, juniper and pepper. Clear, polished, juicy fruit, very fine, rather youthful tannin, slightly nutty, roasted and delicately chocolaty wood notes, persistent on the palate, a hint of coffee, peppery traces, good depth, very good, firm, rather juicy and finely spicy finish
