Franciacorta DOCG Brut Satèn (Deg.: 09/23), Lombardy, Italy

Cool, tart, planty to herbal citrus pome fruit nose with yeasty nuances. Vegetable, light yellow fruity and yeasty in the mouth, rather tart style, certain acid bite, quite fine perlage, delicate grip, certain persistence, seems young, citrus zest in the background, good to very good, again tart finish with nutty tones, much bite and delicate bitterness.
