Franciacorta DOCG Brut (Deg.: 07/23), Lombardy, Italy

Cool, yeasty and herbal citrus pome fruit nose. Fine juicy, again cool fruit, fine perlage and noticeable acid bite, herbal to slightly herbal tones, some yeast, a hint of mushrooms on the palate, good persistence, nutty traces, a little salt, elegant, relatively tart style, very good finish with a hint of dark berries.
