Delicate floral, somewhat herbal, peppery and hints of bacon aroma of yellow fruits with red berry and nutty hints. Slightly warm, delicately sweet fruit with a hint of lavender, lively acidity, has some grip, some persistence, salty tones, hints of laurel and leather, a hint of tree bark in the good finish.
