dolce "Sol Doré", Italy

Candied yellow fruit on the nose, some caramel and honey, light roasted notes. Clear, juicy, sweet fruit on the palate, integrated roasted oak, more caramel and honey, very elegant acidity, spicy notes of candied nuts, good persistence and has some depth, harmonious, very good finish.
