Kühle, relativ herbe Frucht, pflanzliche, hefige und leicht nussige Töne, mittelfeines Mousseux, gewisser Säurebiss, ein wenig Gerbstoff-Griff, gute Nachhaltigkeit, erdige bis mineralische Noten, auch leicht kreidig, sehr guter, straffer, recht saftiger Abgang mit pflanzlichen bis kräuterigen Noten und viel Biss.
