Franciacorta DOCG Brut Nature "Veritas", Lombardy, Italy

Tart, yeasty and nutty bouquet with pome fruit and citrus aromas, herbal notes and a hint of dark berries. Clear, fine-juicy, cool and tart fruit, yeasty, nutty and herbal aromas, relatively fine perlage, good persistence, smoky nuances in the background, quite tight structure, animating acid bite, also moderate phenolic grip, salt in the background, a hint of citrus peel, very good, tight, juicy finish with traction.
