Cool, yeasty and herbal nose with very bright yellow fruity aromas and fine nutty and buttery hints. Taut, cool, juicy, yet quite dry fruit, yeasty, somewhat herbaceous-vegetable and hints of smoky aromas, delicate grip, very fine mousseux, persistent on the palate, floral traces, salt in the background, very good, taut finish with animating juice and lots of pull. A pleasure.
