Franciacorta DOCG Brut "Carpe Diem" Satèn, Lombardy, Italy

Yeasty and slightly nutty citrus scent with a little pome fruit, buttery nuances as well as herbal and floral hints. Yeasty and again slightly buttery in the mouth, bright fruit, relatively fine perlage, nutty and smoky hints, hints of mushrooms in the background, delicately sweet melting and some grip, vegetal nuances, good to very good finish.
