Franciacorta DOCG Brut "Carpe Diem" Satèn, Lombardy, Italy

Yeasty and nutty, also slightly vegetal aroma with citrus and pome fruit notes as well as light floral nuances. Clear, bright, quite juicy fruit, delicate dosage sweetness, fresh vegetal aromas and some yeast on the palate, red berry traces, fine perlage, good persistence and substance, delicately creamy, a hint of candy, floral tones, a little salt in the background, very good, again slightly sweet, juicy finish with draught.
