Fresh-buttery, somewhat yeasty and vegetal nose with bright yellow fruity and a little vegetable notes as well as a hint of dark berries in the background. Straightforward, somewhat developed, again predominantly bright fruit, buttery and vegetable tones, delicately nutty in the background, relatively moderate, fine mousseux, a little protein, some persistence, quite dry style, mushroomy nuances, good to very good finish. Not quite in top form anymore.

Editor note: Tart, clearly herbal, somewhat yeasty and slightly mushroomy aroma with pome fruit and citrus notes. Clear, finely juicy, tart fruit, yeasty, finely vegetal and herbal notes, fine mousseux, good persistence, very slightly creamy and buttery on the palate, delicate grip, nutty hints, a trace of mushrooms in the background, some salt and smoke, very good, firm finish with brioche notes.

Editor note: Translate to English Kräuterig-vegetabile und hefige, eine Spur pilzige Nase mit zurückhaltenden gelbfruchtigen sowie ganz leicht nussigen und speckigen Aromen. Fest gewirkte, reife, herb-saftige Frucht, recht feines, eher moderates Mousseux, nussige und buttrige Aromen, ein wenig Brioche, gute Substanz und Nachhaltigkeit, im Hintergrund mineralische Töne, eine Spur Rauch, hat Griff, gewisse Tiefe, recht komplex, sehr guter, fester, herb-saftiger und griffiger Abgang. Sehr überzeugend.
