2015 Franciacorta DOCG "Aurora" Rosé, Lombardy, Italy

Slightly light-tobacco and somewhat yeasty aroma of pome fruits and red berries with almondy-nutty aromas. Almondy also in the mouth, fine juicy fruit with floral, herbal and yeasty notes, very fine mousseux, good persistence, delicate dosage sweetness, some grip, but also some melting, floral nuances in the background, some acid bite, tobacco nuances, a hint of pepper, very good, quite tight, juicy finish with tart spice and bite.
