Yeasty fragrance with herbal, slightly nutty and mushroomy aromas as well as restrained yellow fruity tones. Clear, quite juicy, sweetish fruit, fine mousseux, nutty, yeasty and very delicate smoky tones, mushrooms and a little herbs on the palate, good persistence, nut butter in the background, good to very good, again quite sweet finish. Doesn't really need the high dosage.

Best to drink: Bis 2022. What our ratings mean
