Franciacorta DOCG Brut Essence (Deg.:2010), Lombardy, Italy

Tart nose, pomaceous fruit and some citrus, spicy yeasty and vegetal notes, mineral notes. Elegant juicy fruit, prominent yeasty and delicate nutty notes, very fine, slightly creamy mousse, good persistence, light vegetal notes, some sugar candy and a hint of caramel, harmonious, slightly sweetish on a good finish.
