Cool, yeasty and freshly planty to herbal citrus nose with apple notes, hints of smoke and mushrooms. Clear fine-juicy fruit, yeasty and herbal notes, hints of mushrooms on the palate, quite fine mousseux, some persistence, nutty and delicately smoky tones, somewhat melting and very slightly sweet, good to very good finish with a hint of butter, but also some grip.
