Cool, distinctly herbal nose with green-apple aromas, some yeast and almost a little ethereal herbal notes. Relatively cool, somewhat apple-like, sweetish fruit, herbal to planty tones, fine mousseux, some persistence, delicate grip, floral traces, good to very good finish.
