Yeasty and nutty scent of mushrooms, pome fruit and dark berries with smoky traces. Somewhat smoky and nutty also in the mouth, relatively dark fruit, clearly yeasty tones and a hint of butter, very fine mousseux and some grip of crumbly tannin, good persistence, moderate dosage sweetness, salty hints, dried mushrooms in the background, very good finish.
