Cool, herbal and clearly yeasty nose with very bright yellow fruity aromas, hints of smoke and nutty traces. Straight, bright, cool fruit, moderate, very fine mousseux, yeasty and herbaceous-vegetable aromas, very light floral in the background, a hint of dark berries, hints of bacon and mushrooms, very delicate dosage sweetness, very good finish.
