2021 Mitterberg IGT "Goldraut", Alto Adige, Italy

Warm, somewhat smoky, dried-vegetable to herbal and slightly tobacco aroma with nutty and yellow fruity aromas, a little yellow spice and mushrooms. Ripe, melting, warm fruit, very fine acidity and some grip, nutty, smoky and bacony hints, root vegetables and fennel in the background, a lot of alcohol which, however, integrates well, sweet melting, yellow spice, some egg white, brown butter and anise, slightly tobacco in the background, very good, quite firm, alcoholic finish with slight bitterness.
