Tart and slightly yeasty nose of red berries with floral nuances. Light-bodied, sweet and tart fruit, moderate mousse, yeasty, floral and delicately nutty notes, hint of meaty-animal notes in the background, somewhat persistent, attractive finish with a little intrusive sweetness.
