Translate to English Herber, vegetabiler, etwas erdiger und eine Spur nussiger Duft nach Litschi, gelben Melonen und ein wenig Apfel mit pfeffrigen Aromen und Kümmel. Trockene, ziemlich würzige Frucht im Mund, wieder Kümmel und auch etwas Pfeffer, feine Säure, erdige bis mineralische Noten, etwas Speck und Rauch, viel Kraft und gute Nachhaltigkeit, hat Griff, guter bis sehr guter, würziger und alkoholstarker Abgang.
