Prominent vegetal notes on the nose, light lactic and volatile notes, pomaceous fruit. Sweetish fruit on the palate, spicy vegetal and light nutty notes, elegant acidity, earthy traces, full-bodied with good persistence, light lactic and volatile traces again, sweet fruit and tart spicy vegetal notes again on the finish.
