Yeasty, slightly nutty and a little vegetal aroma with delicately acidic red berry aromas and floral nuances. Quite juicy, sweet-sour fruit, medium-fine mousseux, floral and nutty aromas, also yeasty tones, a hint of bacon, certain persistence, lots of bite, good to very good finish
