Firmly crafted, slightly nutty, tobacco-like and lightly mushroomy nose with hints of candied yellow fruits reminiscent of medicinal herbs, honey, and mustard seed. Polished, very sweet fruit with slight fermentation notes, hinted dark berries, bread crust, and tobacco again, fitting acidity, delicate grip, good substance and sustainability, salty and chalky tones, delicate plant bitterness, very good finish again with a trace of honey and a bit of Earl Grey.
