2016 Brut Crémant Brut, Baden, Germany

Yeasty, vegetal, herbaceous and light floral notes on the nose, citrus and pomaceous fruit. Clear, fairly tart fruit on the palate, more prominent vegetal and some yeasty notes, fine mousse, floral and nutty traces, fairly persistent, light buttery traces, good to very good finish.
