Clear, well-polished, restrained nutty and roasted aroma of dark berries and cherries with tobacco and cedar notes. Youthful, partly preserved, partly fresh fruit with a lot of bitter, roasted, and smoky wood, bitter nut tones, a bit of acidity, and present, sandy, slightly drying tannins, certain sustainability on the palate, herbal-plant-like hints, a trace of salt in the background, has alcoholic strength but also cooling elements, not too deep, still undeveloped, peppery-ethereal nuances, good to very good finish.
