2021 Chenin Blanc trocken "Steinmauer", Franconia/Franken, Germany

Quite firm, a little dried planty and nutty aroma with restrained yellow fruity aromas, a hint of popcorn and delicate floral hints. Ripe, again relatively firm, also melting fruit, fine, quite lively acidity, planty to herbal and a little floral tones, a touch of mustard pickle, good persistence, clearly salt in the background, nutty hints, very good, tart finish with bite.
